Can I buy more than one of the same item?

What makes our products special is that they are all unique, we never make 2 items exactly the same. But if you like a particular style or design, contact us and we can make a range of similar items which will work well together.

Can I only buy the designs available for sale in your store?

No, you can make your own designs. Simply get in contact with us and we can work closely with you so you get the pattern, fabrics and colours you desire. Have a look at our Imagine page for some ideas of what you can do. 

Do options incur additional costs?

No, all options are included in the list price.

Can I get a sample of your fabrics?

Whilst we do our best to accurately reflect the colours of the fabrics and threads, they may still not be precisely represented on electronic screens or print-outs.
If you require precise colours prior to making a purchase simply send an email to info@laurawestville.com and request a free swatch of fabrics.

Check Out

Should I be able to see my custom embroidery message in full at the check-out?

Yes, you should be able to see everything you typed in the custom embroidery message text box at the check-out. If not, please go back and complete your message. If you have any problems please do not hesitate to get in touch.
